IIRC the Klingon Shakespeare Restoration Project (KSRP) - was it in Hamlet?
- once came up with *{'engpuH} for "England", literally "cloud country".
Following the model of {tlhIngan Hol}, {romuluSngan Hol}, {verengan Hol},
etc., you could then say *{'engpuHngan Hol} - not that anyone would
understand you without an explanation. 'Tis a pity though; I rather liked
the sound of it.

Best stick to {DIvI' Hol} as Okrand generally does, Anglocentric though it
may be.
