Okrand would likely agree; he's said he doesn't think Klingons write
alphabetically.  Though I can still see them using something like the pIqaD
font we use for things like phonetic writing, e.g. of foreign proper nouns,
or telegrams (Chinese has been known to use graphs phonetically like this
in telegram settings... of course, Klingons have communications channels
with high enough bandwidth not to need such methods, but then again they
didn't always, and don't necessarily always even now).
