bIlughchu'. The translation I would actually use depends completely on the
situation. If I wanted to say "You ought to brush your teeth frequently," I
would not say {pIj Ho'meylIj DaSay'moH 'e' vIchup}; I might say something
like {pIj Ho'meylIj DaSay'moHchugh, pIvchoH Ho'meylIj} or {pIvchoH
Ho'meylIjmeH, pIj Ho'meylIj yISay'moH}. Obviously, these definitely doesn't
mean "ought," but they both convey the idea that I'm trying to get across;
namely, that you should brush your teeth a lot if you want to be healthy.

that means the same thing as "ought," we have to pick out the meaning that we
want and translate it into Klingon.
