As pagh said, the {-vaD} doesn't make any sense here, but just
for instructional purposes, realize that if you DID want to put
{-vaD} on this noun modified by an adjective, since {-vaD} is
Type 5, it would slide on to the adjective. Given the other
things pagh accurately points out, that would make the noun
phrase: {Dochmey potlhqu'vaD}.
Again, realize that in this particular sentence, you don't want
the {-vaD} at all, but in some other sentence, if this were what
you wanted, the {-vaD} would move to the adjective, after the
{-qu'}.
