How is this phrase "interesting"? Give us a few more examples of what you
mean.
Certainly {vIHtaHbogh bIQ} - lit. "moving water (water constantly in
motion)" - is different from {qetbogh loD} "a running man (a man who
runs)", but I wouldn't expect the two to be the same. What's interesting
is that in English water "runs".
