{rIymuS} is Remus, the twin planet of Romulus {romuluS}.

This seems to imply that the Klingons first learned of the Romulans from
the humans since the Rihanssu (Romulans) of course have their own names for
their homeworlds: ch'Rihan (Romulus) and ch'Havran (Remus) - at least
according to novelist Diane Duane.
