You missed:
tlhutlhtaHghach "ongoing drinking"
belghach "pleasureness" (marked term)
nobghach "givation, one-time donation" (marked term)
nobtaHghach "ongoing giving"
nobpu'ghach "a given (a finished case of giving)"
quvmoHghach "process of honoring"
quvghach "honoredness" (marked term)
belpu'ghach "having been pleased"
All from Marc Okrand in HolQeD 3:3.
The short version: don't put {-ghach} on a suffix-less verb unless you know
*exactly* what you are doing. If you can't convince everyone that such a
usage is truly useful and necessary, then you shouldn't have done it. I
have never yet run across a situation where a directly {-ghach}'d word was
necessary or even useful.
