jan lulanbe' chaH 'e' wuq'a' ghaH?
I'm confused by the change of person here, as it doesn't match the
translation.
jan lulanbe' - they won't place it
'e' wuq HaqwI' - s/he decided
lanbe' 'e' wuq - s/he decided not to place it
Also {wuq} needs 'e' as its object if the object is to be another
sentence.

Say {jISaHlaHbe'}. {qep'a'Daq vISaHlaHbe'} seems to mean "I can't
care about her at the qep'a'."
Remember that a noun with a type-5 suffix (except -'e') is not the
object of a verb.
