You really have to watch your fingers at first when typing /tlh/. 
You'll know you have it right when you spell "heatlhy atlhete" like I
just did.
And always /Hol/.

At the time, the word parmach itself was a huge topic of controversy. 
It's since been cannonized. in /parmaqay/.

THAT's good to hear.  You're already way ahead of the people who skip
straight to the vocabulary and try to write sentences.
