You've chosen the wrong "that" for the Klingon. "the second sentence you
wrote" is {mu'tlhegh cha'DIch DaghItlhbogh}.
The way to say "could you please -- no offense intended" in Klingon is {-neS}.
Just slap it on the main verb of the command, and you are as fawning as you
ever need to get in Klingon.
mu'tlhegh cha'DIch DaghItlhbogh yIQIjneS.
"Would you please, no offense, explain the second sentence you wrote?"
