Erm, no. That doesn't conform to the grammar of law'/puS, for which if
anything we have more evidence that its grammar is unique and inextensible
(because the extensibility of the words used to fill it is based on the
fact that the grammar will make it clear what's happening). law'/puS
constructions don't work this way, re-read the section. You're trying to
use "vImaS law'" as some sort of verb-verb modifying complex, something we
really don't have outside of true law'/puS constructions.
Something like "yab Qujmey vImaS; burgh Qujmey vImaSbe'" (after all, he's
saying he prefers one INSTEAD OF [i.e. and not] the other. Preferring both
is possible, but not very meaningful for the statement at hand).
