In English "has been infected" is present perfective. I'm only telling you
how to translate it into the same in Klingon.

If you are talking about a group that includes the addressee, the correct
pronoun is you. There may be languages that distinguishe between "all of
you present" and "you and some others who are not present" but in English
they are both "you" and in Klingon they are both {tlhIH}.
