The best place to learn Klingon grammar really is in TKD. If you
have a credit card, you can buy it on the web from
http://www.kli.org/kli/Merchant.phtml, for ten or twelve United
States dollars. The English language edition is recommended for
anyone who can read English at all, as the foreign editions were
translated by non-Klingon speakers and contain many errors.
There are some sites out there that plagarize large portions of the
grammar section of the dictionary but they are definitely infringing
on copyrights and tend to have a lot of errors, too, so I won't
recommend any.
