As a german native speaker, I hear Klingonaase quite "german". For example,
if I were to transscribe it into pIqaD, "Klingonaase" would become
{klIngona'ase'}, and "Kahlesste kaase" would be {qales'te' qa'ase'} or
maybe {qaleS'te' qa'ase'}. "Khemorex klinzhai" would become {Qemoreqs
klInz'hai}, whith all letters Okrandian, except "kl", "s", and "z".
Perhaps I should read TFR in english to get a notion of the connections
between Klingonaase and english text; I just read the German version
several times.

See above. Yes, I think so - but I'm no linguist.

As we (afaik) have just this system of writing Klingonaase, what would it
get us to invent any new writing system? As I "hear" Klingonaase as stated
above, I don't see any need to have something like that. Just let's discuss
and grow on what we _have_ got.

And please excuse my English ... ;-)
