There are several ways to learn to pronounce Klingon correctly. The first
section of The Klingon Dictionary explains all of the sounds. Both of the
language tapes have plenty of pronunciation help. One of the KLI web pages
(http://www.kli.org) has Mark Shoulson pronouncing the different sounds of
Klingon. The Star Trek: Klingon Language Lab has voice recognition software
which tests your pronunciation (and it's out for Macs now, too, if that's what
you're using). If you've got the right equipment, you can go to the KLI's
Talker site (again, from the KLI homepage) and chat with me on Thursday
nights, 9pm ET, or others who may show up at other times. Or you can try to
meet other Klingonists at the qep'a', or at qepHommey.
There's no excuse for not learning to pronounce Klingon correctly. :-)
