Don't forget {'}. TKD page 16:
When Klingon {'} comes at the end of a word, the vowel preceding
the {'} is often repeated in a very soft whisper, as if an echo.
It seems that *all* the unvoiced stops are supposed to be pronounced
with at least some "puff of air" accompanying them.
