I *do* try to ignore things like this, but I think I need
to correct false information in order to keep the confused
people from getting even more confused.

does *not* go in the subject line of the note. *Nothing*
should go in the subject line; *especially* not anything
that might look like a command to the list server. The

the list" message, the FAQ, at least two correct notes in
the last couple of weeks, and the headers of *every single
note sent by the kli.org listerver* all give the proper
procedure for unsubscribing from the tlhIngan-Hol list.
Send a message with a blank subject, and containing only the
line "unsub tlhingan-hol", to the address <[email protected]>.
