Klingon Foreheads

There has been much speculation on the Klingon forehead. The best I heard
had to do with genetic experimentation.
It seems in order to develop an edge over the Federation the Klingon Empire
experimented with Genetic Engineering. They wanted to develop a superior
warrior. This Imperial Race of Klingons became very agressive and
dominated the empire. They then modified many of the experiments in the
genetic research and made something that was introduced to the water
supply, air, and other means of desemination.
This chemical/biological warfare changed all klingons and started to deform
all bone structures. In time all klingons had ridges on the forehead.
This is a shameful period in klingon history and Worf confirms it. Much
the same as the Kahns were a shame on the Planet Earth.
