The Hokey Pokey at qep'a' wejDIch was sung in English, with appropriate
Klingon words for body parts thrown in.

Without an example in canon, there's just no way to tell. I could see either
{poSDaj ghop} "his left side's hand," or {poS ghop} "the left side's hand," or
even {poS ghopDaj} "his hand of the left side" as possibly correct. We just
need some samples from native Klingons.
