I was asked to translate a sentence akin to "He is as klingon spy living 
in Denmark, or is he an emissary ?"

I broke it down to "In denmark a klingon spy lives" used as object to 
"ghaH". Then or'ing this with "is he a emissary". Final result was :

*Danmark*Daq bIyIntaH tlhIngan wo' ghoqwI' 'e' ghaH qoj Duy ghaH'a'

Jugdement ? Or should it be written as

*Danmark*Daq bIyIntaH 'ej tlhIngan wo'ghoqwI' ghaH qoj Duq ghaH'a'
