It's a command!  "Begin now!"

Actually, that was "Do you understand everything?"

I don't think English allows you to use indirect objects with the verb 
"describe"; you've got to use a preposition like "to" or "for."

But you haven't done it.  I didn't say "translate."  I said "Answer me!"  vaj 
yIjang!
