Klingon word for "Betazoid"?

I'm developing a character who was born on Betazed, and
at age five, moved to Kronos. (He had to be hidden on
Kronos because his father was captured by the Borg ... but
that's another story.)
But there are a few pieces of information that might come
in handy. First of all, what is the Klingon word for a
Betazoid? Second of all, what is the Klingon name for the
planet Betazed?
NOTE: My character was moved to Kronos at age five, and
had already been living on Kronos for a while when his
telepathy began to develop. (Betazoid telepathy usually
only begins to develop at puberty.) For this reason, he
usually uses his telepathy for only one purpose, that
being to detect when someone's conduct is ... without
Honor.
My USS Tri-star character has the same birthname as my
USS Matrix character ... that being Vorin Taliras. However,
though these two characters have the same birthname, they
have different adopted names. My USS Tri-star character,
who is the one described in this post, has the adoped name
of QonaH.
My USS Matrix character was hidden on Earth instead of
Kronos (and at a slightly younger age), but I won't discuss
him, because to discuss that character would be slightly
off-topic for this list. The only reason I'm mentioning him
at all is to avoid the possibility of confusing anyone on
this list who might *also* happen to be on the USS Matrix.
