It might not be an error.  Adverbials may follow the object if the object
is marked with the suffix {-'e'}.  See TKD page 180, and the phrase from
Star Trek VI: {chang'e' DaH Sam} "Find Chang!"  It's tempting to suppose
that the pronoun {'e'} might act as if it had the "topic" suffix on it.
