I am not a tlhIngan Hol grammarian yet, but I know that you would say, "One
has to drink it."  This has nothing to do with tlhIngan Hol as a language,
but I justify it by the means of: we don't want to use bad grammer to
answer a question, then confusing the person of the anwer, ESPECIALLY not a
begginer.  Thanks you for listening to me rattle on.  Qapla'!!
