The Star Trek Encyclopedia and the Interactive Technical Manual both spell
it "bat'telh". TKW page 79 uses this spelling twice as well, but seems to
have it misspelled as "bat'leth" once.
Note that the explanation of this entry in TKW tends to confirm the
{batlh 'etlh -> betleH} derivation:
"The bat'telh..., sometimes called the "sword of honor," is probably the
most Klingon of weapons."
