|U.S., so naturally he would be using more English/American jokes than
|any other kind he might be aware of.

I've always wondered whether there are any jokes from the Costanoan
languages, specifically Mutsun which was the topic of Okrand's 1977
dissertation at UC Berkeley. Any on the linguists on the list care to
comment?
