I was just thinking of this snippet of translation yesterday, and I
realized that {vegh} is a much better word than {'el} in order to do
a good job of translating the title of the book. :-) And, of course,
{*legh'eghmeHwI'} is not grammatical, having as it does *two* Type
9 verb suffixes.
At the risk of being idiomatic, I'd change it to {leghmoHwI' vegh}.
