Well, here are the following channels:
#tlhIngan on DALnet
#Klingon on DALnet
#Klingon on EFNet (Managed by me)
For DALnet, enter this in the mIRC command/chat entry field:
/server irc.dal.net
EFNet, /server irc.chat.org
