"Smile" is {mon}. It is a verb. It means a little more that a sweet, happy
smile; it's got more Klingon feeling behind it. Why bother nominalizing a
verb?

Don't add that extra glottal stop in there, and the suffix is {-ghach}, not
{ghargh} "serpent worm." {HaghlaHghach} is more like "ability to smile," and
{Haghpu'ghach} is like "having laughed."

If you wish to use it like that, you could say {jImon} "I smile."
