Something like it maybe, but not that, because the usual interpretation of the
-ghach rule is that we can't use it on verbs with no suffix. We could say
tlhIngan montaHghach, perhaps. I feel funny using -ghach. I avoid it like qagh
meQlu'bogh.

More precisely, A worm can laugh. 'ej Hagh qoH neH HeghtaHvIS SuvwI'pu', 'ach
