Well, we're not *exactly* sure yet what {'ul} means, but I don't really see
that much similarity there anyway.
I *did* notice, while I was updating my {mu'ghom mach}, a "UL" label on the
back of my computer monitor. (Underwriter's Laboratories checks electrical
devices for compliance to a set of safety rules, and then either gives or
withholds approval.)
