Maybe 'tis and maybe 'tisn't; I don't think the question was about starship
mechanics, but grammar. In which case, I agree with peHruS, though I am
not sure why it is an innovative proclamation. It seems pretty obvious to
me. I suppose it's interesting in that the answer does not *perfectly*
mirror the question, but as a sentence the answer seems perfectly normal to
me.
