These are indeed klingonaase words, from "The Final Reflection." "Kai" is a
salute. Several times characters or ships are hailed for their actions in the
form "Kai the Helm" or "Kai Blue Fire." "Kai Kassai" is stronger. And "Kai
Kassai, Klingon!" was a great complememt.
