I'm SuStel, the list's Beginners' Grammarian. If you've got a beginner-level
question, just put "KLBC" in the subject header of your message, and this will
signal me and everybody else that this is a letter which I, the BG, need to
answer right away!

Well, you put in a lowercase {S} in there, but otherwise this is good.

Heh . . . I doubt Klingon disruptors have any other setting!
"Disruptor" is {nISwI'}. "Phaser" is {pu'}.
This is a sentence which needs to be rearranged in the English before you can
translate it into Klingon. It's actually a rather difficult one, unless you
understand the suffixes {-moH} and {-beH}. Better look these up. For now,
I'll just give you one way to say this, and what it literally means:
nISwI'mey tIHoHbeHmoH!
Cause disruptors to be set up to kill!
> 2. poSlIjDaq, baH!
maj. Remember, though, this is the "clipped" form. The full command requires
an imperative prefix, {yI-} (see TKD section 4.1.2). It would be {poSlIjDaq
yIbaH!} "Fire to your left!"
> 3. Dung soH!
{Dung} is "area above," not "area behind." *Maybe* you could use the word
{'o'} "aft," but I suspect that refers to a vessel location.
Besides, this isn't even a complete sentence. I'd add more context to make
the sentence work. What am I doing behind me? What is going on behind me?
yItlhe'! pa' jagh tu'lu'!
Turn! There's an enemy there!
> 4. batlh HeghnIs maH
Almost. Read TKD section 4.1.1 on the verb prefixes. Use the chart. You'll
find the "we/no object" prefix is {ma-}. The pronoun {maH} is optional even
though the prefix is not.
batlh maHeghnIS maH.
We must die with honor.
or
batlh maHeghnIS.
We must die with honor.
