Beyond TKD errata

I've noticed two errors in the "Beyond TKD" article, and found that both also
exist in the newwords.html file on the web site.
{vItlegh} in both {peghmey vItlegh} and {qa'meH vItlegh} should be
{vIttlhegh}. This should also be a separate entry, since Okrand defines
"proverb" in the paragraph *before* he talks about replacement and secrecy
proverbs. See HolQeD v5n1 page 10.
This should be corrected ASAP!
