No, not really.  Some *verbs* can be used as adjectives; specifically, the 
stative ones.  For example:

tlhIngan
Klingon

tlhIngan Quch
happy Klingon

Noun phrases may help classify something (like {tera' DIS} for "Terran year" 
and {tlhIngan DIS} for "Klingon year"), but these are not really adjectives.

Not exactly.  {batlh} is a noun, but it is also one of the {chuvmey}.  
Specifically, it functions as an adverb.  It means "honorably, with honor."

"You have begun studying the Klingon language honorably."
