I don't know if this is already known or not, so I just thought I'd post it.
There's been a lot of talk about some Klingon animal called a "Sark" which
appeared in one of the novels, I believe. I've located the source of this
word. In the TNG episode "Pen Pals," (about two minutes into the story),
while Picard is programming a riding simulation, the computer asks him what
type of mount he wants. The second of two choices is "Klingon sark."
