Not Qo'noS (the Klingon homeworld) but QonoS (journal, log). The reference
was to the name of the Mortas-te-Kaase (?) Klingon fanclub newsletter, "veS
QonoS".
The Klingon words Okrand supplied "veS QonoS" are printed in HolQeD 1.3 and
in the new words list on the KLI website--which is, in turn, printed in
HolQeD 5.4 for the benefit of the Internet deprived.
