Welcome Hardy,
Many of these resources are available through the Klingon
Langauge Institute. You can find the web page at
http://www.kli.org. This is the starting point for many
resources to help you with this language.
Another resource you may depend upon is this mailing list,
especially if you begin your message header with "KLBC:" That's
the Klingon Language Beginners' Corner. Those messages will
always be answered by the Beginner's Grammarian (BG). Until
December 30, I am the BG here. After that, Qov returns.
Do you have the English or the German version of The Klingon
Dictionary? The German edition is known to be quite flawed.
The audio tapes are quite helpful, especially since they allow
you to hear Okrand pronounce the language he created. That's
"Conversational Klingon" and "Power Klingon". The new book
"Klingon for the Galactic Traveler" is also quite helpful. The
"New words list" you will find at the KLI web page assumes that
you have TKD and TKW and lists only words not in these two books.
I hope this helps.
