Errrrr . . . (h ee hee!) . . . that's not right. "run" is mostly used as
an intransitive verb (not counting things like "I run the marathon," which I
don't think applies here anyway), and you can still say "runner."
What you mean to say is that Klingon allows {-wI'} on verbs of quality,
which English "-er" cannot do, In English, quality is indicated with
adjectives, not verbs, and "-er" on adjectives means something entirely
different.
