 tlhInganpu' can refer to Klingons, from anywhere in the Klingon
 Empire.  QonoSnganpu' would refer specifically Klingons from
 Kronos.  Kind of like "Terrans" from anywhere on Terra, versus
 "Europeans", Terrans from the northwestern area of the big land
 mass.
