Well, it's time and past time, and the poor BG's fingers are worn almost to
the bone... So it's time to inflict... er... bestow... yeah, bestow the
honor on another eager victim.  So, a large round of applause and a nice
warehousefull of broken furniture for the long-suffering SuStel, as he
stumbles or steps down from the exalted rank, and some anticipatory growls
and licking of chops for Qov, our new BG.  batlh chu'wI'pu' "pabpo'"
yIgheS.
