Ignoring the question of whether {'o'} really means what you want it to mean
here, you still need the {-'e'} suffix here.
'o'wIjDaq 'oH loD ghop'e' vIneHQo'!
You might even try rewording it:
'o'wIjDaq loD ghop tu'lu' vIneHQo'!
