What do you mean?  "There is more than one Klingon around here"?  {naDev 
tlhIngan puS tu'lu'}.  "There are many Klingons around here"?  {naDev tlhIngan 
law' tu'lu'}.

But you never have a situation where you have two *and* three Klingons.
