No offense, but I don't think you're using the word "agglutinating" right here.
"Agglutinative" is, as in Chinese, piling up the words so it can be understood.
For instance, "Calamities do not occur singly" in Chinese (their equivalent of
"It never rains but it pours,") literally is "Calamity no single occur."  You
can easily tell what it means from that, but it's definitely not the way Klingon
works.  Or, "Tigers do not breed dogs" (Like father, like son) is "Tiger no dog
son."
