It's difficult for me to translate such a large string of nouns.
"We must kill the Klingon language information group of the one who
has written of the group of information which is different."
It doesn't make sense to me. :-(
I suspect you might have misplaced the subject of the sentence.
Remember, the thing doing the action comes *after* the verb.
I'm also not sure about that word {ghItlhpu'wI'}. It means
"one who has written", which might be appropriate, but you could
have meant {ghItlhwI'pu'} "writers".
