I want to say "If it is not honorable to hide while killing, why do 
Klingons use cloaking devices?"  Obviously, I've only gotten half of 
it.

My trouble is actually two-fold.  First, I'm having trouble with the 
duplicity.  Second, I'm having trouble with the sentence (due to its 
complexity, I suspect).

Any suggestions?
