No. In the Radio Times Anniversary Special, Marc Okrand *specifically*
translates 'United Kingdom' as {wo' tay'} ('together empire') It is
*not* a case of transliterating 'British'....it is a *canon* phrase.
Technically, the United States could then be called {*DIvI' tay'}...
Also, this suggests that {wo'} also means 'kingdom' as well as the
existing 'empire'
