Weird. My TKD says "-wI'" thing/one who is/does, is a type-9 verb suffix
(how can you be "one who does" a noun anyway?). It turns the verb it's
attached to into a noun, so it can actually take noun-suffixes afterwards
(yes, there's canon for that). Where does your TKD say it's a noun suffix?
Well, -wI' *is* a noun suffix meaning "my", but it's not type-1.
Check again.
