No, {-maj} was used as a suffix.  "Our transporter."  He's suggesting that a 
good idea for how one gets from one location to another is by using a 
transporter.

In Conversational Klingon, {lupwI'} is translated as "jitney."  This suggests 
it is not energy transport.  The word for "transport beam" is {jol}, so why 
not use it?  Or do you insist that you must refer to the machinery?  Why?
